Student Admission Notice for the 2025–2026 Academic Year
For Diploma in Medical Technology and Diploma in Medical Assistant Training Courses
(Applicable for all Government and Private IHTs and MATS)
Reference: Memo No-59.00.0000.141.35.001.20 (Part-1)-535, dated: 11.08.2025, issued by the Health Education and Family Welfare Division.
Applications are hereby invited online from interested candidates for admission into Government and Private Institutes of Health Technology (IHT) and Medical Assistant Training Schools (MATS) for the Diploma in Medical Technology and Diploma in Medical Assistant Training Courses for the academic year 2025–2026.
IHT MATS Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be Bangladeshi citizens by birth.
Must have passed SSC or equivalent examination between 2021 and 2025 from the Science group with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Biology must be a compulsory subject in SSC, and a minimum GPA of 2.00 in Biology is required.
IHT MATS Admission2025 Important Date
Online application starts: 14/08/2025 (10:00 AM)
Online application ends: 27/08/2025 (11:59 PM)
Last date to submit admission test fee: 28/08/2025 (11:59 PM)
Admit card download: From 14/09/2025 (10:00 AM) to 16/09/2025 (11:59 PM)
Admission test date: 19/09/2025 (Friday), from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Applications must be submitted online through Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd.: http://dgme.teletalk.com.bd
Admission test fee is BDT 700 (non-refundable), payable only via Teletalk prepaid.

Merit list will be prepared based on:
GPA from SSC (multiplied by 2, maximum 10 marks)
MCQ Admission Test (100 marks)
Pass mark: 40
Candidates who fail the admission test will not be eligible for admission in any government or private IHT or MATS.
All admissions will follow the “Student Admission Policy 2025” for IHT and MATS.
If any information provided by a candidate is found incomplete or false, their test result/admission can be canceled at any time.
The decision of the admission committee will be final in all matters.
