Instructions for Filling the Form for Students Seeking Admission in Nursing & Midwifery Courses in Bangladesh
সরকারি, স্বায়ত্তশাসিত (সামরিক-বেসামরিক) ও বেসরকারি নার্সিং ও মিডওয়াইফারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে… ভর্তিচ্ছু প্রার্থীদের জন্য ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা:
Admission instructions for candidates seeking admission in Government, Autonomous (Military & Civil), and Private Nursing & Midwifery institutes in the following courses for the academic year 2025–26:
• 4-year B.Sc. in Nursing
• 3-year Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery
• 3-year Diploma in Midwifery
“বিএসসি ইন নার্সিং…নীতিমালা, ২০২৫-২৬” অনুযায়ী… অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে হবে।
According to the “Admission Policy 2025 for B.Sc. in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery, and Diploma in Midwifery”, applicants must apply online under the following conditions.
Conditions
১. প্রার্থীকে বাংলাদেশের স্থায়ী নাগরিক হতে হবে।
The applicant must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.
আবেদনকারীকে ২০২৩, ২০২৪ অথবা ২০২৫ সালে এইচএসসি… উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে।
The applicant must have passed HSC/equivalent in 2023, 2024, or 2025, and SSC/equivalent in 2021, 2022, or 2023.
However, the gap between SSC and HSC cannot exceed three years.
সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানে নির্দিষ্ট আসনের ১০% পুরুষ প্রার্থীর জন্য সংরক্ষিত থাকবে।
For B.Sc. in Nursing and Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery:
• In government institutes, 10% of seats are reserved for male candidates.
• In private institutes, up to 20% of seats may be filled by male candidates.
Diploma in Midwifery: Only female candidates can apply.
For the 4-year B.Sc. in Nursing course
৪ বছর মেয়াদি বিএসসি ইন নার্সিং:
• The applicant must pass SSC & HSC (or equivalent) from the Science group.
• Combined GPA of both exams must be at least 7.00.
• GPA in either exam must not be less than 3.00.
• The applicant must have at least GPA 2.50 in Biology at HSC/equivalent.
For the 3-year Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery / Diploma in Midwifery:
৩ বছর মেয়াদি ডিপ্লোমা ইন নার্সিং সায়েন্স এন্ড মিডওয়াইফারি ও ডিপ্লোমা ইন মিডওয়াইফারি:
• Applicants from any group (Science/Arts/Commerce) may apply.
• Combined GPA in SSC + HSC must be at least 6.00.
• GPA in any single exam must not be below 2.50.
O-Level/A-Level পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থী সমতাকরণ সনদ
O-Level/A-Level candidates may apply after obtaining an equivalence certificate from BNMC by paying the required fee.

Before logging into the website, keep the following materials ready.
If anything is missing, exit the website before completing the form.
(ক) প্রার্থীর ছবি
(a) Applicant’s recently taken color photograph 300×300 px (jpg), max 100 KB.
(খ) প্রার্থীর স্বাক্ষর
(b) Scanned signature 300×80 px (jpg), max 60 KB.
(গ) ছবি ও স্বাক্ষর… সংরক্ষিত রাখতে হবে।
(c) Both photo and signature must be saved in the computer/Pendrive.
(ঘ) ইংরেজিতে নিজের জেলা ঠিকানা
(d) Write your district, present address, permanent address (with police station & postal code) in English beforehand.
(ঙ) কলেজ/ইনস্টিটিউটের পছন্দক্রম পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না
(e) Once college/institute preferences are submitted, they cannot be changed.
(চ) ভর্তি পরীক্ষার কেন্দ্র নির্বাচনে সারণি-১ প্রয়োজন হবে।
(f) Table-1 will be needed to select the exam center.
(ছ) ওয়েব ব্রাউজার হতে… প্রবেশ করতে হবে…
(g) Enter the website and read the admission rules carefully.
(জ) এসএসসি/এইচএসসি তথ্য ইনপুট দেওয়ার অপশন আছে…
(h) There will be fields to enter SSC/HSC exam data; application form will appear after verification.
(ঝ) কোটায় আবেদন করতে হলে…
(i) If eligible for quota, click the relevant button.
Quota options cannot be changed later.
(ঞ) নাম, পিতা-মাতার নাম… স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে আসবে।
(j) Applicant’s name, parents’ names, date of birth, grades/grade points will auto-load (except for Open University, Technical Board, O/A-Level).
(ট) মুক্তিযোদ্ধা ও ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গোষ্ঠী
(k) Reserved seats (Freedom Fighter, Ethnic Minority) will follow the latest government rules.
(ঠ) Present & Permanent address same হলে…
(l) If present & permanent address are the same, click the “Permanent Address” button.
(ড) ১১ ডিজিটের একটি মোবাইল নম্বর সার্বক্ষণিক চালু রাখতে হবে।
(m) A valid 11-digit mobile number must be kept active.
User ID & Password will be sent by SMS.
(ঢ) প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্বাচন—Choice option পূরণ করতে হবে…
(n) College selection must be done using the “Choice” option, arranging preferred institutes in order.
(ণ) ছবি ও স্বাক্ষর ব্রাউজ করে আপলোড করতে হবে।
(o) Upload photo & signature from computer/Pendrive.
(ত) Declaration → Submit ক্লিক করতে হবে।
(p) Click “Declaration”, then click “Submit”.
(থ) ছবি ও স্বাক্ষর নির্ধারিত না হলে আপলোড হবে না।
(q) Incorrect sizes will not upload.
(দ) User ID Number দেখা যাবে
(r) A User ID will appear — keep it safe.
(ধ) যদি ভুল দেখা যায়… নতুনভাবে ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে।
(s) If any mistake is found, re-submit a new form before paying the fee.

(প) প্রি-পেইড টেলিটক মোবাইলের মাধ্যমে ফি জমা দিলে…
(p) When the fee is paid through a Teletalk prepaid mobile, the User ID and Password will be sent to the applicant by SMS.
The phone number marked with a star (*) during form fill-up can be from any operator.
Using the User ID & Password, applicants can download the admit card on the scheduled date.
Method of Paying the Application Fee:
ফি এর টাকা টেলিটক প্রি-পেইড মোবাইলে জমা দিতে হবে…
The application fee must be paid using a Teletalk prepaid mobile phone.
All necessary SMS will be sent to the number provided in the form.
(ক) BNMCUser ID → Send to 16222
(a) Type: BNMC (space) User ID and send to 16222.
(খ) BNMC YES PIN → Send to 16222
(b) Then type: BNMC YES PIN and send to 16222.
If the PIN is correct, the system will deduct the exam fee from the Teletalk prepaid number.
Fee amount:
• B.Sc. in Nursing → 700 Taka
• Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery / Diploma in Midwifery → 500 Taka
After payment, the User ID and Password will be sent by SMS.
Admit Card:
The admit card can be downloaded from http://bnmc.teletalk.com.bd on the scheduled date.
A notification will also be sent via SMS.
If the admit card is lost, it can be downloaded again using the same process.
